To afford and grant emergency financial Relief to (1)current members, (2)former members who have been honorably discharged and (3)members of the immediate family upon the death of any individual in classes (1) or (2) above, upon such terms and conditions and under such rules and regulations as the board of directors shall determine to be just, proper and equitable.to carry on the society's operations without pecuniary profit or financial gain and to conduct its business for the benefit of the aforementioned classes or persons referred to above.
