Wood Library Association

Wood Library is a full service public Library. Its mission is to provide a safe and inclusive environment where people can spark their imaginations, satisfy their curiosity, engage in lifelong learning, and make community connections. Wood Library offers traditional Library collections including books, magazines, dvds, audio-books in many formats (including downloadable), videogames, music cds, newspapers, large print books, local history, and tax forms. It provides hundreds of educational, cultural and recreational programs and activities for all ages each year. The Library uses the latest in information technology and is staffed by 4 professional librarians, 4 full-time support staff, and 22 part-time employees. It also offers fax and copy service, and a notary public. Wood Library is a member of the owwl Library system. This membership gives Library patrons free access to thousands of titles from 42 libraries in ontario, wayne, wyoming and livingston counties.
