The mission of the federation of social workers (fsw) iue-cwa, 81381 is to: 1. Promote the common good of our members on economic, social and political levels. 2. Maintain an effective bargaining organization. 3. Actively participate in the formation of and administration of policies relative to the working arrangements, conditions, safety and human rights that affect the welfare and diginity of our members and ultimately the wider community we serve. 4. Proclaim our common identity with all of those who labor, or have labored, to provide, produce or serve in the American society.
