Friends of the Kenya Communitydevelopment Foundation

The primary purpose of Friends of the Kenya Community Development Foundation (Friends of KCDF) as a 501(c)(3) organization is to operate exclusively for charitable purposes, specifically to support and promote charitable, educational, and community development activities in Kenya through partnerships and grants. More specifically, Friends of KCDF is organized to raise funds and awareness in the United States to support the work of the Kenya Community Development Foundation (KCDF), a Kenyan nonprofit organization focused on empowering communities and promoting sustainable development in Kenya. Friends of KCDF typically accomplish this by: soliciting tax-deductible donations from US individuals, foundations, and corporations; disbursing grants and resources to KCDF and related charitable projects in Kenya; and educating US donors and the public about community development needs and opportunities in Kenya.
