Community Health Network of Connecticut

The organization's mission is to advance, support and promote programs and activities that fundamentally improve the Health status of the people of Connecticut. They support non-profit activities of Community Health centers and other non-profit organizations that promote Health care to families in Connecticut. In 2023, the organization's board of directors and it's member's board of directors approved to dissolve the organization. The Connecticut secretary of state certified the dissolution effective october 31, 2023.
