The purposes for which this corporation was formed is to operate for the advancement of Education, research and artistic expression, and for other charitable purposes by the distribution of its funds for those purposes, and particularly for support of higher Education and academic programs, scientific and and environmental research projects, lecture series and cultural exchanges.
