To participate successfully as an "interested party" as defined by 19 u.s.c. Section 1677(9)(e) and (f), in legal actions against imports into the United States of freshwater Crawfish tail meat. The legal actions will include, but not necessarily be limited to, action relating to the imposition of antidumping duties against imports of freshwater Crawfish tail meat from the people's republic of china.
