Big hole river project purchased 350 acres of land in wise river montana to put into conservation easement and reestablish Native plants and animals to clean up the big hole river and encourage fishery stock. A beaver couple and babies have been transplanted to the river bank to encourage damming which will sustain the river naturally and keep plants in and around the habitat hydrated.
