The Family Resource center South Atlantic (FRCSA) delivers effective and quality services for nc communities providing prevention and intervention services to strengthen families and communities to ultimately help individuals and families achieve self-sufficienty. Most significant activities include early childhood education, reentry support, support for families with special needs children, support for families suffering from the pandemic, and responsible fatherhood.
