Mission: to support public-school administrations in creating enhanced learning environments to foster students' altruism, empathy, compassion, and self-worth, with the goal to strengthen school safety, improve grades and attendance, and increase graduation rates.high school silent servant scholarship awards: each year the foundation awards hundreds of silent servant scholarships, nationwide, to high school students who participate in selfless, voluntary service in their communities, honoring them for their benevolence. Students are nominated for the award by a school staff member and recognized in a school ceremony. The award presentations, combined with recipients' testimonies, offer their student-peers inspiring examples of altruism, empathy, compassion, and self-worth. These teachable moments strengthen school safety, improve grades and attendance, and increase graduation rates.
