RUPOS was organized for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, and to carry out the purpose of, the Richmond strikers soccer club, inc. in acquiring, holding, maintaining, conserving and protecting land and/or interests in land, to provide for and preserve Outdoor recreational open Space, and biodiversity issues as well as natural resources thereof, or for educational use thereof, in perpetuity, to serve the people of the greater Richmond, virignia community.
