Ocmulgee EMC Foundation Inc

The purpose and goals of the corporation shall include the following: a) to support and promote educational attainment throughout Ocmulgee electric membership corporation's geographic service area by creating, establiishing, or funding educational training programs, seminars, courses, scholarships, etc.; b) to provide a means of supplemental education through the support and sponsorship of various educational enrichment opportunities; c) to assist educational organizations, such as schools, colleges, and technical institutions throughout Ocmulgee electric membership corporation's service area and the advancement of necessary programs or facilities that add value to the educational process; d) to provide a means for the accumulation and disbursement of funds for charitable purposes within the geographic service area of Ocmulgee electric membership corporation.
