Operating the alpena aplex, formerly known as the thunder bay recreation center(providing economical recreation to the community). This includes a venue for the alpena tennis association teams, gymnastics program, workout facilities and group exercise for the community at large, a venue for local rotary club meetings,and ballroom availability for large community events and weddings.
