Azle Area Ministerial Alliance Incorporated

To operate a ministry in order to promote the gospel of Jesus Christ for religious purposes only and to various acts in the name of the organization to accomplish this purpose including but not limited to, the following: preparing and distributing educational materials, conducting seminars, engaging in ministering to those in prison, the homeless, the needy, orphans and all people with spiritual needs, clothing the needy, engaging in intercessory prayer, using funds on hand and to be received and making distributions to persons and organizations which qualify as charitable organizations under irs sec 501(c)(3).
