Wisconsin Law Enforcement Association Inc

To unite members of the three union locals employed in the Law Enforcement (le) bargaining unit of state employees; to collectively work towards fair wages, hours of work, working conditions, and other benefits afforded to state employees; to provide representation during contract negotiations and Enforcement of said contract through grievance procedures and arbitrations; to foster and promote a cooperative relationship with other union locals in the Wisconsin Law Enforcement association, inc. (WLEA).
