The goal of the BAY Shore Little Conference Football League shall be to provide the opportunity for children to participate in the sport of youth Football. The objective shall be to implant firmly in the youth of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect. In order that they may be finer, stronger and happier boys and girls, and will grow to be good, clean, healthy men and women. The objective will be achieved by providing supervised competitive games, practices and competitions, along with wholesome and constructive social activities. The supervisors shall bear in mind the attainment of exceptional athletic skill and winning is secondary and that the molding of exceptional men and women is the primary importance.
