To promote the arts and help the local community to establish and maintain its cultural identity by providing an opportunity for local Performing artists to perform in a quality environment; teaching both the technical and historical aspects of performance to such participants and their audiences; and Performing repertoire for the benefit and enjoyment of audiences in the central Florida community.
