Catholic Charities Housing Sarasota, inc. was formed as a not-for-profit corporation under the laws of the state of Florida in december 2004, for the purposes of providing workforce Housing containing 12 rental units located in Sarasota, Florida known as st. dominic manor and 14 rental units located in Sarasota, Florida known as st. monica residence. St. Dominic manor and st. monica residence provide affordable Housing to low income individuals and families and are both operated in accordance with the nonprofit developer agreement community development block grant.
