The paintings are all produced by local artists, and are used as decor in the office. The paintings not only make the office a pleasant place to be, but it also helps promote the work of local artists, those organized in cooperatives, which aligns with encouraging the work of African artists, writers, etc. to promote a culture of tolerance, peace and democracy.
