Elementary & Secondary School Education: We have one formal primary school facility that continues to serve the education needs of about 100 children. The school is located in an inner city area of Kolkata and involves children age preschool to 5th grade. 20 other children are tutored in small groups age 12 to 18. Children who once were not going to school starting to work at the age of 6 are now learning to read write and learn math and science in the process gaining crucial self-esteem and giving them an opportunity in life that they otherwise would not receive.
