MentoringThe Foundation has developed a mentoring compendium that helps mentors have a positive impact on another persons life. The compendium consists of 5 short lessons, or modules, that explain various concepts, techniques, and ideas that are important to understand before entering into a mentoring relationship. The modules are to provide a practical hands-on approach, with checklists, case studies and other materials. The Foundation is working on a developing a software platform to expand the number of people that can be positively impacted by mentoring.The Foundation dedicated itself to understanding the dynamics of effective mentorship in a digital environment.
