Beal PTO

, Part III, Line 28-31 The Beal PTO (aka Beal Parent Teacher Organization), is an independent, single-school organization that operates under its own By-Laws. The Beal PTO's purpose is the following: A. To promote opportunities for students by funding educational, cultural and recreational enrichment programs and activities. B. To offer learning opportunities for parents and the community on issues related to the education and welfare of children by sponsoring parent forums and workshops, hosting speakers, etc. C. To respond, with volunteers and available funds, to the needs of the school as identified by the PTO, faculty, school administrators, and staff. D. To encourage a spirit of communication, cooperation and trust among parents, faculty, school administrators, staff, and the Shrewsbury community. E. To provide opportunities for the physical, emotional and social growth of the children attending Beal School and their families.
