Irish Wolfhound Association of Newengland

The objectives of the association is to do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the breed of Irish wolfhounds; to encourage and promote quality in the breeding of purebred Irish worlhounds; to urge members and breeders to accept the standards of the breed as approved by the American kennel clubs the only standard of excellence by which Irish wolfhounds shall be judged; to do all in its power to protect and advance the interests of the breed by encouraging sportsmanlike conduct at dog shows and obedience trials; to conduct sanctioned shows and matches under the rules of the American kennel club.
