The organization was formed in 2005 to promote economic development, revitalization and beautification of public areas and roadways in the Binford boulevard corridor in indianapolis, indiana. Brag's mission is to promote economic development, revitalization, and beautification of public areas in the boundaries listed here: east 96th street (north), east 56th street (south), sargent road (east), and dean road/white river (west). Binford redevelopment and GROWTH's current emphasis is along Binford boulevard and east 71st street, revitalization of the castleton area and north shadeland ave., building community and supporting area parks within our boundaries. Additionally, brag sponsors a summer farmers market and continues to provide significant leadership on the city of indianapolis' nickle plate trail project.
