To promote the physical, mental and moral fitness of the citizens of south central kansas. This corporation is organized exclusively for the development, management, acquisition, and/or operation of a facility or facilities to promote the physical, mental and moral fitness and well-being of the citizens of south central kansas and for such other purposes as may be specified, either directly or indirectly, in the corporation's articles of incorporation.
