The organization is a community coalition teaming with local hospital systems, the knoxville academy of medicine and community physicians, patients/consumers, payers and employer leaders collaborating on creating a consumer-driven interoperable Health care Information Network utility that significantly improves Health care safety and quality while making care more affordable.
