The organization develops programs to promote and advance emergency medicine, disaster management and public health. The organization will conduct its activities through the provision of educational, research and exchange programs between the emergency medicine physicians of Brooklyn at suny downstate/kings county hospital and hospitals around the world. The organization will promote excellence and education while creating channels of expertise and communication between those with knowledge and those willing to acquire it.
