Brain Injury Connections of the Shenandoah Valley Inc

The mission of Brain Injury Connections of the Shenandoah Valley, inc. is to enhance the lives of individuals affected by Brain Injury through cultivating Connections with information, services, and resources. The organization provides community-based services for persons with Brain Injury who reside within augusta, bath, highland, page, rappahannock, rockbridge,rockingham, and Shenandoah counties (and cities therein) in Virginia. These services include case management, community support services, behavior support facilitation, information and resource referral, professional and case consultation, education and advocacy. Case management is the primary service which includes coordinating services, resources, and supports for an individual such as financial, employment,education,housing, assistive devices, and independent living.
