The organization's mission is to provide for the maintenance, preservation and architectural controls of the subdivision. This uniform plan for development and improvement ensures the preservation of such uniform plan for the benefit of both present and future homeowners, the surrrounding neighborhoods and the public to protect and enhance the quality of life in the community. Maintaining the playground area and equipment provides a safe place for familes and children to enjoy and provides noise buffers thus maintaining a peaceful environment for the community. The organization provides and maintains landscaping and irrigation systems, street lights and sidewalks. Common area walls and fences are maintained for safety and security of the community. Oversight by the board and management company is necessary to ensure proper and continued maintenance.
