EIN 20-5164807 · Snapshot of IRS recognition, filing currency, financial health, and governance.
All property was maintained for the use of penn state dubois, a non-profit organization. Penn state dubois, through their wildlife and technology program, used the facilities in the barn and property for various projects. For example, they set up camera trapping stations for bobcat, bear and fishers; and they will again perform owl banding. All funds donated to the organization were used for the upkeep of the property which is used by penn state dubois, free of charge. The property was sold to a charitable remainder trust on march 1, 2018 and the foundation is no longer operating. This is a final return for 2024.
