Japanese Food Culture Association

To inform members of the general public about Japanese Food Culture, its potential health benefits, quality and availability in the United States to organize events, including but not limited to Japanese Food & sake festival, to promote Japanese Food Culture in the United States to promote awareness and acceptance of Japanese Food Culture to engage in market research and collect, analyze, and make available to its members and members of the general public pertinent information and data regarding Japanese Food Culture in the United States to represent the interests of its members, if any, and those individuals and entities who contribute directly or indirectly, to Japanese Food Culture in the United States and to do all things necessary or appropriate, in the judgment of this corporation's board, to accomplish any one or more of the foregoing objectives.
