Primary exempt purpose - the corporation is a not-for-profit corporation organized exclusively for the purposes of establishing and maintaining the Echo Ensemble that will promote concerts, chamber music and classical music, and conduct any and all lawful activities which may be useful in accomplishing the foregoing purposes.
