To provide funds and services to other not for profit organizations that perform services in connection with any and all focus areas of gsbf including, but not limted to, issues involving homelessness, distressed neighborhoods, economic development in Greater Springfield, Massachusetts area, educational initiatives and other charitable activities that enhance the overall business, culture, environment and civic environment in the Greater Springfield area of Western Massachusetts.
