The Corporation is directly engaged in the continuous active conduct of medical Research in conjunction with the Tampa General Hospital Foundation, Inc. (EIN: 23-7354477), which itself is an organization described in Sections 501(c)(3), 509(a)(1), and 170(b)(1)(A)(iii) of the IRS Code.
