To promote and expand leadership development, networking, and cooperation within the Latino community in the United States of America. The organization seeks to advocate on behalf of the hispanic/Latino community leadership to serve on boards and at the highest level of corporate leadership- public and private- in the United States of America; to build social capital within and on behalf of the hispanic/Latino community; to inform the public on the importance of hispanic/latinos to society and the workforce; to provide thought leadership to influence industry decision makers for the advancement of hispanic/Latino leaders; and to provide training and education to enhance the leadership skills of hispanic/latinos.
