Organize and conduct clinics through qualified instructors in various public and private venues and facilities. Provide locations and instructors to teach the sport of Volleyball, both to children and adults, to help increase skill and enjoyment. Foster and conduct local, area, state, regional, and national amateur Volleyball competitions.
