To spread the gospel of Jesus Christ by providing foster care and other helping services and to (1) provide training and support services for youth and families in nebraska through foster care services, foster care placement, foster care training, parent and youth education, skill development, crisis intervention, mental health counseling and other family support services; (2) guide struggling children and families to experience god's love through safety, security, and beloning; (3) protect and promote nebraska's children by supporting foster parents and offering help to individuals and families in crisis; and (4) restore the relationships of parents with their children, and families with their community, including the local church.
