The Shore Incorporated

Non-profit social club which the primary purpose is the conservation of land. The main activity and expense is to maintain a "boathouse" which doesn't have running water or power from weather damage and the access to get to the boathouse. The second largest expense is the local taxes to the town. The primary beneficiaries are its members who contribute membership dues to pay for the maintenance and use of the land.
