The organization was formed for the betterment and advancement of the interests of the paidfirefighters of the city of Hillside, New Jersey; to collectively bargain for, and promote the best interests of its members, and to collect and compile information and statictics, and to cultivate and perpetuate a fraternal friendship and camaraderie among the paid firefighters of the city of Hillside, New Jersey.
