To operate and maintain the fortescue creek marina premises held by lease from the state of New Jersey as a boat harbor for the membership in particular and the public at large, conducting its custodial responsibilites in a manner which will ensure continuance of the lease and best serve interests of the members, the community of fortescue and visitors thereto.
