The Friends of the Plainville Public Library Inc

The purpose of the Friends of the Plainville Public Library, inc. is to assist the Library in the purchase of items, sponsoring of programs, which the Library budget itself cannot finance, and promote projects that enhance the relationship of the Library with the general Public, schools and business community. We funded 42 programs, which were open to the general Public and attended by 3612 people, purchased 19 museum passes, 6 magazine subscriptions and purchased 43 items from staff's wish list.
