Special events include Wrestling tournaments hosted at rented public school facilities and directed by volunteers. Admission fees, in addition to program and food sales are revenue producing. Other revenue is from fundraising for these events. The function of the Union Wrestling Booster Club is to promote the sport of Wrestling. To this end the organization provides training and recreation function for all interested township residents between the ages of 6 and 13.
