The mission of Jamestown Public schools forest, inc., is to conserve the woodland quality and ecological health of our natural resources for the educational benefit of Public-school students of Jamestown, ny.by doing that we give back in the form of teacher grants, funding field trip travel when it meets our mission, high school students involved in stream bank improvement projects, provide scholarships, ia students building & setting out bluebird houses and trail sign markers, arbor day tree plantings, scholarships in forestry, environment, biology & medical science, assisting financially in removing invasive plants along the chadakoin river, establishing & maintaining a valuable wetland on our property as well as a healthy forest, and a field pollination project.
