No longer tax-exempt — automatically revoked by the IRS
The IRS automatically revoked this organization’s federal tax-exempt status (typically for failing to file a Form 990 for three consecutive years). It is no longer in the IRS Exempt Organizations Master File or Pub 78, and contributions are not currently tax-deductible. Everything below is historical, from its last filed Form 990 (FY2021).

Service community members by teaching youth Soccer skills, fair sportsmanship, etc. This club is no longer an operating entity however as we have merged with a neighboring organization. This club did not generate any program revenues this year as everything runs through the newer combined organization. We only have some expenses we are paying here but will most likely reimburse throught the other entiy (West Morris Soccer Club). We would like to keep this entity a bit longer as our bank accounts and certain utility accounts are in the Long Valley Soccer Club name.
