The objective of Dover little league shall be to implant firmly in the children of Dover, the ideals of good sportsmanship,honesty,loyalty,courage and respect for authority, so that they maybe well adjusted,stronger,happier and healthier children and will carry these values into adulthood. As such "winning" will be always considered secondary to the above goals, and no child will ever be considered more important than any other, regardless of athletic ability.
