To promote participation and develop talent in the sport of Soccer through the organization, operation and maintenance of a competitive Soccer program based in, but not limited to the towns of oakland and franklin lakes, nj. To promote and instill good sportsmanship and fellowship among all players, coaches and parents through the principles of honesty, discipline and fair play. To educate the players, parents and the general public with respect to the game of Soccer and the value of the sport to them.
