The revenue generated was solely derived from the sponsorship of the youth ICE Hockey program in Mahwah dedicated to the develoment and insruction of Mahwah youth. The income received permitted the students from mite to high school age to learn and develop ice hovkey skills, team cooperation, and community service. The community spirit aroused from the support of the ICE Hockey team has lead to additional revenue to be generated from dinner dances and carnivals to permit children of needy families to participate in the ICE Hockey games and has provided funds sued to support the Mahwah d.a.r.e. And various local chapters of volunteer origanizations providing direct and indirect positive influences upon the youth in Mahwah, New Jersey.
