Organized exclusively for charitable, educational and socio-cultural purposes,including the acquisition and maintenance of a Community center that will serve as a hub for charitable, educational and socio-cultural activities for the various non-profit Community organizations in the state of New Jersey, motivated by a sincere desire to fully tap the filipino- American Community's potentials to effectively serve the general public in those aforementioned areas.
