The Jewish Agency for israel - north American Council (the organization"), was organized to work with and in support of nonprofit organizations in israel active in the fields of aliyah (immigration) and absorption; service to vulnerable populations; building bridges between israel and Jewish communities around the world through Israeli emissaries (shlichim) in communities and college campuses, sponsoring educational experiences in israel, building partnerships, and other related activities.
