Original Pennsylvania 1000 Yard Benchrest Club Inc

The mission of the organization is to act as a sanctioning body for 1000 Yard shooting and the encouragement of organized rifle shooting among residents of the United States. The goal is to provide a view towards and knowledge of improved marksmanship and the safe handling and proper care of firearms. The mission should be recognized further as a development of characteristics namely; honesty, good fellowship, self-discipline, team play, and self-reliance, which are essential of good sportsmanship and the foundation of true patriotism.
